FAQ: Can I donate items to the museum?
Answer: In most cases yes, we welcome new artefacts, documents, photos, but have to be cautious when offered anything large or from outside our area. Please contact us if you wish to donate anything and are unsure. We have limited storage and must be sure we can look after our collection properly. If we are unable to accept an item we can often advise on alternatives.
FAQ: Can I donate to museum funds?
Answer: Yes Please! And if you pay UK income tax you can complete a gift aid form to allow us to reclaim it, making your donation 22% more valuable.
